Refund policy

Something not quite right?  Please let us know! We accept US returns in brand new condition within 72 hours of order delivery, free of charge.  Return must include all original packaging including tags, jewelry cards, jewelry bags, boxes etc.  

At this time we do not accept returns for orders outside the U.S. (including international military bases).  

No returns on any "custom orders" or "Final Sale" pieces.

How to complete a return??

email us at info@boujeebaubles.store or click on the "Contact" form from the website within 72 hours of delivery.  Please include your order number in the subject line of your email request. 

The typical return timeline is around 2 weeks to 14 business days.  Once the item is received and confirmed to be in brand-new condition by our team, you will receive a full refund back to your original payment method.  Please note, once confirmed, the refund may take up to 10 business days to show up in your account.

Returns and refund requests MUST be submitted within the 72 hour delivery window.  Any requests after this period will not be accepted.  For additional questions please email info@boujeebaubles.store
